On March 16, 2025, the Iranian Center for Political Studies (ICPS) held a meeting in Paris attended by a diverse range of political and civil activists under the title "Can a Set of Minimum Common Grounds for National Alignment Among Political and Civil Forces be Achieved in a Transition from the Islamic Republic?"
